THIS AFTERNOON: It's a mild fall day with 70s and some 80s in our area. The wind has been kicking up out of the west, at times above 20mph. Farther off to the east there's severe weather. A tornado watch is in place into this evening for parts of East Texas to Mississippi with additional watches likely farther east into early Tuesday morning.
TONIGHT: Mainly clear, low 44. NW wind dropping to around 5mph at sunrise.
TOMORROW: Mild again, high in the upper 70s. We won't have the gusty wind, WNW 5-15mph.
COLDER DAYS: A front will move across the area late tomorrow night. Wednesday and Thursday will likely only reach the 50s, Friday the upper 40s.
There may be some light showers on Thursday, but it's not much of a chance.
WEEKEND: It'll stay fairly cool, high in the 50s with a mostly sunny sky. It will be chilly again for Texas Tech's Saturday night game hosting Texas. It'll probably be close to last week's game, kickoff mid 50s, dropping into the 40s during the game.
Have a great rest of your day. Bobby will have a full update to the forecast here early tomorrow.
