Fall 2018 Three Minute Thesis Competition

The Texas Tech University Graduate School hosted the 4th Annual Three Minute Thesis Competition at the Student Union Building.  Twelve finalist from 6 morning heats competed for scholarships to aid in future research.  This competition supports the capacity for graduate students to effectively explain their thesis or dissertation research in three minutes or less, in a language appropriate to a non-specialist audience while using just 1 static PowerPoint slide. 

The following winners include: 

1st place – Cassandra Schmidt
