THIS AFTERNOON: It's another cloudy day, but we have actually had a break form the rain around Lubbock and parts of the area. There have been a few sprinkles here and there, but the widespread rain has been downstate, from the Mexican border to San Angelo and Abilene, moving NE.
TONIGHT: Cloudy, low near 45. Wind NE 5-12mph. A few sprinkles are possible next few hours, with some rain likely by early morning.
TOMORROW: A cold day with some off-and-on rain. Amounts should be light, though a moderate shower is possible at times. High 49, wind NE/E 5-15mph.
NEXT FEW DAYS: Just a chance for rain Friday, hopefully a dry sky for the Friday night football games. After all these wet and cold days, the fields (and bleachers) will probably be wet. High back in the 60s.
Saturday looks real nice, with more sun, high in the mid 60s.
Then a slight chance for rain returns late Sunday into Monday, slightly better chance Tuesday and Wednesday. It doesn't look cold like this week, but we'll likely still fall well short of the average high in the mid 70s.
Have a great rest of your day. Bobby will have the latest update to this wet forecast in the morning.
