At least the weather was beautiful

The weather was beautiful today, and we can expect this to continue for the next few days. By midweek, we could see the fringe of some Pacific tropical moisture, slightly elevating our rain chances.

TONIGHT: Mostly clear with some morning low clouds returning. Low temps will be near 61° with S winds 10-15mph, likely reducing any chance of fog.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny with a high near 84°. SSW winds 10-15 mph expected.

As Hurricane Rosa weakens, the moisture from the storm will move into Arizona and possibly bringing some heavy rain across the Grand Canyon State. Some of this moisture will likely make its way into New Mexico as well. It's doubtful that we will see much benefit from this system across the South Plains, however the farthest reaches of the moisture could elevate our rain chances slightly. As a result, expect some isolated showers possible by midweek.
