LUBBOCK, Texas -

The National Ranching Heritage Center dedicates it's 50th historic ranch structure.

This 112-year-old barn is from Snyder and was used to hold cattle back in it's prime.  It will now house rolling stock such as wagons and buggies.

"A part of our collection here at the ranching heritage center, we've got a collection of buggies and wagons and chuck wagons series and different things," Director of Collections Exhibits and Research, Scott White, said. "We have them scattered around the site and offsite so we needed some place to bring them so we can store them here and this will be a big step towards providing that for us."

The process of moving the structure took more than two and a half years.
