35 sex offenders arrested this week in Lubbock

LUBBOCK, Texas -

35 sex offenders were arrested in a compliance operation this week in Lubbock County.

Dozens of law officers, from the local and county level to state and federal, contacted more than 500 registered offenders. 

The 35 arrests include compliance violations as well as suspects with outstanding warrants for sexual crimes. Police say more arrests are possible.
