LUBBOCK, Texas -

(Press release)

The Domino’s store located at 4031 130th St. in Lubbock is teaming up with Woodrow Fire Department to raise ‘dough’ for a future fire station. The store will donate 100 percent of sales for every order received on Saturday, Aug. 25.

“The growth in the Lubbock area is exciting, and the Woodrow volunteer firefighters want to properly serve the community by adding a second fire station,” said Larry Vigil, Lubbock Domino’s franchise owner. “We at Domino’s are grateful for our hardworking firefighters and look forward to supporting them with this fundraiser. We hope our neighbors will come out and make this day a success for WFD.”

The first fire station will be located near Cooper High School. The department hopes to open the second fire station in the southwest Lubbock area.

“The second fire station will help us serve our community better by reducing our response time,” said Wesley Boone, Woodrow Fire Department chief. “We’re thankful to Larry and his team for being a good neighbor and helping us work toward our goal.”

To support the fire department and their fundraiser, customers can order online, on the phone at 806-701-5700, or in-store.
