We had some good rain totals from over the weekend.
A few storms developed early this morning just to the south of Lubbock. These will continue pushing south towards I-20, bringing a brief downpour and lightning.
TODAY: Lower chance for storms, but clouds will stick around for most of the day. High near 88, with a light northeast wind 5-15mph.
TONIGHT: Mostly clear and chilly, low near 67.
EXTENDED: Ridge of higher pressure builds west and move across the area. This will bring the hot temperatures with a lower chance for storms through the week.
Join us on Good Day until 9AM. Matt will have the next update to the forecast on the News at Nine. Have a great Monday!
