Betenbough Homes to host ribbon cutting and grand opening for Bell Farms model home.

Betenbough Homes, a leading home builder in West Texas, will celebrate its newest model home with a two-day event. The ribbon cutting and grand opening will take place in the Bell Farms community at the new model homelocated at 13715 University Avenue.

To commemorate the grand opening, a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce is set forFriday, Aug. 17, at 10:30 a.m. All homeowners, city leaders, media, business partners and non-profit organizations are invited to attend. On Saturday, Aug. 18, from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., all community members are welcome to visit Lubbock’s newest model home during the come-and-go grand opening celebration.

The fully decorated, 2,500 square-foot model home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms with modern interior selections and a large side-entry garage. Children living in this community attend school in Lubbock-Cooper ISD.

“We are so excited to show Lubbock our newest model home in the growing Bell Farms community,” said Kalee Rich, sales manager for Betenbough Homes’ Bell Farms sales center. “We truly love serving families in Lubbock-Cooper ISD and beyond, and helping our home buyers find their dream home.”

At the ribbon cutting ceremony attendees will learn about the fast-growing Bell Farms community from the company’s leadership team while enjoying coffee from J&B Coffee and treats from Cupcake Avenue food truck. Following the ribbon cutting ceremony, guests are invited to tour the model home.

During the free, come-and-go grand opening celebration on Saturday, all community members are welcome to tour the home and explore Bell Farms with a sales team member to learn about Betenbough Homes’ building and home buying processes. Guests will also have the opportunity to walk through multiple floor plans. From 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., attendees can speak with Betenbough Homes’ in-house interior designer about décor tips and enjoy J&B Coffee. Simply Decadent will be on site from 2 – 6 p.m. for guests to enjoy baking demonstrations and samplings.
