LUBBOCK, Texas -

A former investor has filed suit against a Lubbock business. James Blaylock accuses Lubbock Krav Maga and its instructor Larry Lonis of fraud, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty.

Specifically, Blaylock claims Lonis lied about his qualifications to be an instructor in the school and gave Blaylock a fake name when he asked to speak an accountant.

Blaylock's suit also claims Lonis cut him out of the company, in breach of contract. He is seeking damages, including more than $24,000 Blaylock invested in the enterprise.
