Green Chile Fajita Lettuce Wraps


* 1 ½ lbs. fajita meat (from Meat Market)

* 1 Tbsp. olive oil

* 8 oz. roasted, peeled and chopped Hatch green chilies

* 1 head butter lettuce, rinsed and separated into leaves

* 8 oz. Hatch Green Chile Cheddar Cheese, shredded

* 1 container Hatch Green Chile Salsa (from Produce)

* Other topping options: guacamole, sour cream, crumbled tortilla chips


1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add meat to skillet and cook until golden brown; stir in green chilies.

2. On one lettuce leaf, place a large spoonful of the meat mixture; top with cheese, salsa and other toppings as desired. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

3. Serve immediately.
