LUBBOCK, Texas -

A wanted fugitive out of Ohio has been captured in Lubbock.

Investigators with the U.S. Marshals Service, including Lubbock Police Department and DPS task force officers, arrested David Ramos Contreras, 28, in a home near 21st Street and Avenue P.

Contreras was wanted out of Ohio by the Bowling Green Police Department for two counts of kidnapping and two counts of rape in connection to a case involving juveniles.

Contreras is being booked into the Lubbock County Detention Center and will be extradited to Ohio at a later date.

Bowling Green Police also charged Arnulfo Ramos and Juan Garcia Rios Adiel, 19, with rape and kidnapping in connection to the same incident. 

The whereabouts of Ramos and Adiel are still unknown.
