LUBBOCK, Texas -

(Press release)

Building on the company’s successful history and growth trajectory, Andy Bean has been named the new President of Lubbock Land Company.

A six-year veteran of the gas utility industry, Bean brings a wealth of knowledge in both residential and commercial properties. In this role, he will be responsible to plan and supervise the construction of new phases of housing and commercial developments; work with the City of Lubbock and utility companies to extend streets and utilities; and sell residential and commercial lots to home builders and businesses.

Bean’s business philosophy is to “work consistently with high character in order to bring value to others.” He knows his credo will serve Lubbock Land Co. and her established, current, and future neighborhoods well.

A graduate of Texas Tech University and an active member of the community, Bean participates in a number of local organizations including the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce, West Texas Home Builders Association, and the Lubbock Lions Club. He is a proud husband and father to one son.

“We’re excited to have Andy leading our team in this growth season,” said Managing Partner of Lubbock Land Company Charlie Hamilton. “His experience and active involvement in the Lubbock community will undoubtedly prove an asset not only to our company but to the communities we build and the residents and businesses we serve.”

Lubbock Land Company, often seen as a catalyst to the South Lubbock boom, is relocating their offices to 122nd and Quaker Ave. which will put them closer to Hatton Place, their latest multiyear development in the heart of Lubbock Cooper ISD. Founded in 1993, Lubbock Land Company focuses on crafting communities of integrity that will stand the test of time.
