LUBBOCK, Texas -

Lubbock grand jurors indicted four suspects from a central Lubbock drive-by shooting a few weeks ago. They are each indicted on organized crime charges.

These upgraded charges are brought against Treveon Tyler, Deangilo Hill, Sabastian Mitchell and Malachi Peppers. They were originally arrested on aggravated assault charges for a shooting that seriously wounded a 16-year-old girl near 37th Street and Avenue U June 5.

Prosecutors say the four suspects conspired to commit the crime. According to police, an ongoing feud stemming from the arrest of Pepper's younger brother led to the attack.
