Chocolate Covered Blueberry Clusters

Ingredients

* 1 container (9.8 oz.) fresh blueberries, rinsed and dried*

* 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

* 1 cup granola

Instructions

1. In a large microwave safe bowl, place chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 1 minute and stir. Repeat for 30 seconds if needed, until completely melted.

2. Stir blueberries and granola into melted chocolate.

3. On a cookie sheet lined with wax or parchement paper, drop small teaspoons of clusters onto sheet. Let sit at room temperature until chocolate is hardened.

4. Serve immediately or store in freezer and enjoy a frozen treat!

*Blueberries must be completely dry before adding to melted chocolate. Drops of water will cause the chocolate to seize up.
