Unlike the last few mornings where some showers were moving across the area. We are starting dry with a clear sky, mild temperatures as well.
TODAY: High near 98, sunny sky with a light wind from the southwest 10-18mph. An isolated storm or two may be possible in the Rolling Plains later this afternoon.
TONIGHT: Starting off Saturday mild, low near 69.
MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND: Staying hot with highs in the 100s, might break the record high Saturday. There might be a few storms possible Sunday and Monday afternoon, the chances are extremely low. The wind will also increase from the south 15-25mph both of those days too.
EXTENDED: Ridge of high pressure will continue to bring some hot temperatures with lots of sunshine next week. Stay Hydrated and wear sunscreen if you plan on being outdoors.
Have a great Friday! Matt will have the next update tonight on the News at Nine.
