LUBBOCK, Texas -

Lubbock SWAT officers nab a suspect after a couple hours-long standoff at the Carriage House, near the SE Loop and 84.

Isaiah Montelongo, 22, cuffed and led out on charges of parole violation for robbery.

A caller reported Montelongo was "agitated" and may have had a gun, so officers ran his ID and found the parole violation warrant.

They called SWAT in for safety, evacuated several rooms, and tried making contact with Montelongo. He wasn't answering.

So the SWAT team breached and cleared Montelongo's room, taking him safely into custody.

Officers report finding a gun in his room.

He'll be charged with felon in possession of a firearm and aggravated assault for the confrontation that led to witnesses calling police in the first place.

No one was hurt and everyone else's been allowed back into their rooms.
