High near 80 Sunday, lots of sun early with some clouds increasing through the afternoon.
NEXT WEEK: The dry line will mix a little farther east Monday afternoon, which may put the storm development closer to Lubbock...or just east of the city.
Tuesday the dry line will mix east of Lubbock, taking the slight chance for storms that way.
On each day with storms the coverage will be fairly limited. It won't be widespread rain. But there will be some instability and shear in place. Strong to severe storms will be possible.
The humidity will be farther off to the east mid-week, leading to dry and mostly sunny weather here.
Each afternoon Sunday through Thursday it'll be breezy to windy.
Have a great weekend. Robert will have a full update to the forecast Saturday.
