Starting out a little chilly this morning with temperatures in the 30s and 40s.
TODAY: It was a nice and sunny Sunday, expect the same for today with warmer temperatures. The wind will shift to a south/southeast direction staying light 5-15mph.
TONIGHT: Low near 53, mostly clear sky.
TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY: Approaching cold front will bring storm chances back into the area. Late Tuesday afternoon we will see areas of thunderstorms developing, some severe. Better chances are from the I-27 corridor and points east. This cold front will announce itself with a strong north wind Tuesday night and staying breezy Wednesday. Much cooler Wednesday, light showers early, then clearing late.
EXTENDED: Another quick chance for showers late Thursday with another weaker front. Nice weekend with temperatures in the mid to upper 70s with a mostly sunny sky. Slim chance for rain to the west and in New Mexico.
