• LCU is now unbeaten in nine straight games (4-0-5).
• Haley Knesek scored her ninth goal of the season.
• LCU extends a program single-season record for ties with their fifth of the season.
• Knesek opened the game's scoring with 2:40 left in the first half converting off a rebound from a shot attempt by Brittany Guthrie.
• DBU answered just 19 later with a long goal by Leah Draper, who tallied her first goal of the season.
• LCU out-shot DBU 14-5 the rest of the way, but a 13-save performance by DBU goalkeeper Hope Koym kept the game tied.
• The game's result marked LCU's fifth overtime of the season. LCU is now 2-6-14 all-time in games ending in overtime (0-0-5 this season). Four of the last five LCU games have resulted in a draw, including the last two. In addition, four of the five draws have ended in a 1-1 result.
• Knesek's goal was her ninth goal of the season and all nine have come in conference play. The freshman entered the game co-leading the conference in goals.

• The meeting was the fifth all-time meeting between the two teams and the first LCU was able to force a standing point, as LCU is now 0-4-1 all-time against DBU.
8-0: LCU did not allow a corner kick in the game and had eight chances from the corner. It is the second time LCU has prevented the opposition from having a corner kick opportunity. The last was Sept. 24 hosting Texas A&M International.
Lubbock Christian (7-2-5, 5-2-4) remains home Saturday to host St. Edward's for their final home match of the season.
